Wynn’s Plant & Flower Refund Policy

At Wynn’s Plant & Flower, we take pride in crafting high-quality hand-made floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the individualized craftsmanship involved in creating each floral arrangement, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through our store.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order to report any issues with your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at  604-875-9464 with a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve the problem promptly. Our 3rd party delivery driver will take also provide us with a photo prior to delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized floral arrangements
  • Special-order items
  • Perishable goods such as fresh flowers

Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery of fresh floral arrangements to our customers.

If you need to cancel an order due to a special reason, please contact us as soon as possible at wynnsflowershop@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request with compassion and understanding.
